deVivre Concierge Travel Itinerary: The Gourmet
Feel like you’ve tried every “it” restaurant in NYC and find yourself looking for greener pastures? Let us help. From Jura to Champagne, omakase to yakitori, Sag Paneer to Keralan Fish Curry, and molletes to molotes, we’ll roll up our sleeves so you can dig in. Here’s a year of good eating, deVivre style:
January: Stay warm and cozy with a hot toddy in the Lodge at Gallow Green.
February: Love yourself. Treat yourself.. to an omakase at Kosaka.
March: Avoid the crowds at Irish pubs and pick your poison from the endless whisk(e)y list at Copper and Oak.
April: Pick-up your Passover plates at Shelsky’s.
May: Take a hike. But grab some sandwiches for the peak (and pastries for the train) at Great Northern Food Hall before catching the MNR.
June: Swing by Beecher’s for your favorite cheese — then grab a perfect wine to match at Bottlerocket before catching an outdoor film in Bryant Park.
July: Grab your 4th of July burgers and sausages at The Meat Hook. Just because you didn’t make ‘em doesn’t mean they’re not homemade.
August: Salty? Head to Tacoway Beach and refresh yourself with their fish tacos and a pineapple mint drink before jumping on the A train home.
September: Soak in the last of the summer sun on one of NYC’s best patios. This year? Crown Shy’s rooftop bar (which we’re hoping will open before fall hits ::fingers crossed::).
October: Throw a Halloween or Day of the Dead party and have it catered by Pinch, who will bring the thrills and chills.
November: Skip the headache and have a Painkiller instead at The Grill on Thanksgiving.
December: In the season of giving, gift yourself a theater ticket and post-show omakase at Yakitori Torishin.
